Equity Bank in Wichita, KS is seeking a Mortgage Coordinator on-site to support the Mortgage Operations team. You will handle post-closing QC, document tracking, and coordination with lenders and vendors.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks, and familiarity with TRID and the Encompass LOS. On-site position with growth opportunities and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years mortgage experience.
• TRID experience preferred.
• Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations preferred.
• Ability to process high-volume, time-sensitive transactions preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Able to perform a variety of mortgage-related functions, while maintaining composure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-closing QC between the Bank and vendor, pull reports, and upload files.
• Follow up on trailing documents and ensure recorded documents and final title policies for investors and in-house loans.
• Research and pay invoices as necessary.
• Process Adverse Action notices in a timely manner.
• Scan documents into Encompass.
• Back up the Disclosure Desk as needed and pull daily reports.
• Review and interpret loan information to determine required disclosures and ensure all packages contain disclosures.
• Ensure regulatory timelines for disclosure delivery and communicate with Lenders about fees.
• Monitor daily pipelines to ensure initial and re-disclosure packages are distributed within timeframes.
• Back up Lock Desk operations and data entry for loan terms and pricing.
• Back up Post Closers and upload closing packets to Encompass and Director.
• Follow applicable laws and Equity Bank policies and procedures.
