Job summary

NBH Bank in the Kansas City area is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to lead the processing team through application, underwriting, and closing. You will ensure files move efficiently while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will coach processors, optimize workflows, and foster collaboration among loan officers, underwriters and processors. The role requires driving process improvements and mentoring staff for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing a mortgage loan processing team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10–25%.
• Experience with mortgage processing workflows and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing to move loans from application to underwriting and closing.
• Oversee daily workflow, staff performance, compliance, and service delivery.
• Coach and develop processors, optimize operational processes.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and processors.
• Hire, onboard, train, and lead team meetings; ensure timely processing.
