Job summary

Citizens Bank in Irving, TX is seeking an on-site Mortgage Operations professional to coordinate lending activities, including processing and underwriting, while collaborating with legal and internal teams to ensure timely service. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour, a 40-hour work week, and a schedule primarily Monday–Friday.

Training runs the first 8 weeks from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, followed by 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST after training.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service or sales experience.
• High School/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates mortgage lending operations and activities, including processing applications and scoring credit.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies operational systems and procedures for mortgage lending.
• Performs mortgage operations such as processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing, coordinating with legal services when needed.
• Supervises borrowers, brokers, and internal partners to deliver services and meet customer needs.
