Job summary

Citizens is hiring for an on-site mortgage lending operations role in Irving, TX. You will coordinate processing, underwriting, and closing activities, ensuring adherence to policies while supporting borrowers and internal partners to meet customer needs.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma. Training schedule is Monday–Friday, with hours aligned to a first shift, leading to a stable 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all mortgage lending operations and activities, such as processing applications and scoring credit, within an organization to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies overall operational systems and procedures relevant to the mortgage lending function.
• Performs traditional mortgage operations and functions, such as processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing, within the mortgage lending operations area; coordinates these activities with other functional areas (e.g. legal services).
• Supervises borrowers, brokers, and internal partners to deliver services and meet customer needs.

• Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily Monday-Friday 1st shift.
• One or more years of customer service or sales experience.

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule:
  • First 8 weeks of training: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
  • Post training: Monday-Friday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST

This role will be on site in Irving, TX

Pay Rate: $22 per hour
