• Resolve customer problems by telephone.
• Process word processing and data entry.
• Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints.
• Research internet for verification documentation.
• Answer routine questions about products and services.
• Escalate concerns in a timely fashion.
• Analyze credit files to determine data issues.
• Perform support functions for department processes.
• Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks.
