Qualifications

• 3 years working in a banking or lending environment.
• Experience with loan platform software (Encompass, Jack Henry, FiServ, etc.).
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and concerns.
• Manage delinquent mortgage accounts and contact borrowers to discuss overdue payments.
• Analyze borrower financials and negotiate loss mitigation options to prevent foreclosure.
• Collaborate on procedures, policies, and system updates, ensuring regulatory compliance.
