Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Loss Mitigation Analyst to manage delinquent mortgage accounts and help borrowers explore options to avoid foreclosure. You will analyze financial information, assess eligibility for mitigation programs, and negotiate repayment plans in a compliant manner.

The role supports collections and collaborates across departments. The position spans multiple locations across our nine-state footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a banking or lending environment.
• Experience with loan platform software such as Encompass, Jack Henry, Black Knight, FiServ required.
• Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing borrower inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Educate borrowers on loss mitigation options and foreclosure process.
• Manage delinquent mortgage accounts and contact borrowers to assess financial situation.
• Maintain detailed records of borrower interactions and account status in the servicing system.
• Negotiate repayment plans and loss mitigation options with borrowers to prevent foreclosure.
• Collaborate on procedures and software implementations; assist with investor reporting and payments.
