Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and organize mortgage loan application files from Marketing.
• Verify offer information provided by Marketing.
• Ensure required documents are included before sending to underwriting.
• Notify customers with welcome letters and updates on loan status.
• Communicate outcomes and terms to customers; assist with terms renegotiation if needed.
• Conduct credit report analysis and verify payment history.
• Perform employment, income, and banking verifications as required.
• Review appraisals and analyze income statements.
