• Reruns AUS to confirm consistent automated decision.
• Communicates discrepancies and potential denials to supervisor.
• Orders and reviews supporting documents (abstracts, surveys, appraisals) as needed.
• Assembles and reviews file for completeness prior to closing.
• Supports closing preparations and final approval process.
