Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Special Loans Administrator I to join the Payoff/Paydown team. This full-time, non-exempt role handles diverse loan types and ensures processing aligns with government and investor guidelines.

The position requires input, review, and document preparation, plus reporting and communication with homeowners and vendors. Strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in financial institutions or mortgage services is a plus.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
• Strong math aptitude and detail orientation are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading comprehension and analytical thinking are important.

Responsabilités

• Input and process a variety of loan products (ARM, HELOC, trust transfers, etc.) accurately.
• Review and prepare loan documents and disclosures.
• QC tasks and processing performed by colleagues and report findings.
• Correspond with homeowners, clients, and vendors via email, fax, or phone.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain knowledge of current practices, procedures, and policies.
