Job summary

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Special Loans Administrator I (HELOC) to handle diverse loan products and ensure compliance with investor guidelines. The role is full-time in Lake Zurich, IL, with non-exempt status and a 37.5-hour workweek.

You will input, review, and process loans, support reporting, and communicate with homeowners and vendors. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and professional interaction with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a Financial Institution, Bank or Mortgage company is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with internal/external audiences.
• High math aptitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Input and process various loans and loan products accurately and timely.
• Review and prepare loan documentation and disclosures.
• QC tasks and processing performed by colleagues.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports daily, weekly, monthly.
• Correspond with homeowners, clients, and vendors via email, fax, JIRA, and phone.
• Maintain current knowledge of practices, procedures, and policies.
• Assist with GL accounting and processing emails.
