The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in mortgage processing and maintain an active NMLS license. Responsibilities include accurate pre-qualification of applications, managing pre-approval parameters, and overseeing the loan pipeline success.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain one immediately.
• Minimum 3 years in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination.
• Proficiency in DU/DO, LP, and major investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contact all borrower(s) within 24 hours of an initial loan consultation.
• Accurately pre-approve all eligible borrowers.
• Prepare Loan Estimates accurately and submit loan applications.

Skills

Active NMLS license

3+ years in mortgage processing

Proficient in DU/DO, LP

Experience with Loan Origination Systems
