Responsibilities include reviewing loans, ordering credit reports, appraisals, flood certs, and title work, data entry, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in Loan Processing preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage and real estate terms.

Responsabilités

• Review loans in process daily.
• Determine priority processing needs.
• Order credit reports, appraisals, flood certs, and title work.
• Send disclosures and verifications to appropriate parties.
• Data entry of verifications and underwriting judgments.
• Refer loans not meeting basic standards to staff underwriter.
• Follow up with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing.
• Analyze loan files and submit for approval.
• Respond to inquiries about loan status.
• Ensure compliance in all steps.
