Job summary

The Processor will review initial submissions, obtain necessary documents, and support a smooth loan approval and closing process. Licensing and ongoing certifications may be pursued as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing and underwriting liaison.
• Strong documentation and data accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate with borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral to support underwriting decisions.
• Explain document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources.
• Obtain verifications, title commitments, transcripts, appraisals, and other docs to validate data.
• Use DU, LP and GUS to evaluate agency eligible transactions and identify needed documents.
• Coordinate with underwriting and closing to ensure efficient, compliant transactions.
• Respond to post-closing requests for additional documentation or updates.
• Lead weekly pipeline meetings with sales and maintain strong borrower communication.
