Job summary

Mortgage Solutions of Georgia is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage the contract-to-close phase of the loan process. You will gather information, answer questions, and handle last-minute changes to ensure timely closings while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and experience with Encompass LOS. You will work closely with borrowers, real estate agents, loan officers, and underwriters to keep files moving

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience, 5+ preferred.
• Familiar with working in a lender’s environment and using Encompass LOS software.
• Highly attentive to detail and strong organizational/time management skills.
• Proficient with Calyx Point or similar LOS software.

Responsibilities

• Meet closing dates and deadlines by following up on loan documentation.
• Serve as liaison between applicants, real estate agents, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Communicate with the borrower throughout the loan process.
• Manage a loan pipeline and maintain an efficient, compliant flow through the loan process.
• Submit detailed loan packages to underwriting and coordinate conditions with borrowers.
