Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of processing conventional, VA and FHA loans.
• Post TRID knowledge required.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, explore options, and suggest loan types.
• Review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate all submission steps to underwriting and documentation.
• Review HUD-1 pre-audit and resolve discrepancies prior to closing.
• Provide status updates to loan officers, borrowers, and agents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality of information.
