Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive sales of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policy and to refer clients to other bank services. You will develop and execute marketing plans, maintain compliance with policies and guidelines, and provide mortgage advice tailored to client needs.

The role emphasizes referrals to deepen client opportunities and collaboration with fulfillment teams to ensure smooth processing and post-closing follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in banking or lending environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies & Procedures and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up for fulfillment and post-closing review.
