Truist Mortgage is seeking a results-driven mortgage marketing professional responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies. The role includes consistent referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services, including related insurance products.

The candidate will develop effective marketing and development plans, maintain knowledge of policies and guidelines, and provide sound mortgage advice while coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in common computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal law.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and post-closing review.
