Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing and Sales professional to drive the sale of Truist Mortgage loan products and generate referrals for other bank services. You will work within bank policies to meet production goals, advise clients, and deepen relationships through cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires knowledge of residential mortgage lending, strong communication, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking or lending experience, with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Truist Mortgage policies and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to internal and external rules and regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen relationships.
• Assist with document follow-up for fulfillment and post-closing reviews.
