A top candidate will have experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or financial sales specialist, possess a DFI/NMLS license, and excel at communication, relationship building, and staying current on FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and conventional loans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or financial sales with a verifiable track record.
• License under DFI and NMLS required.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and long-term relationships.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and conventional loans.
• Professional, approachable, empathetic and positive.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend events to promote mortgage products to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with real estate trends, rates, and lending rules.
• Explain requirements of different loan types and present lending packages.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify documents.
