Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BA or BS preferred
• Mortgage or banking experience (preferred)
• Experience articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
• A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Aufgaben

• Learning Development: Participate in formal training programs covering lending basics and loan pricing.
• Continuous Education and Licensure: Complete mortgage licensing testing and ongoing education.
• Support and Coordination: Update the loan application and notes in the LOS.
• Business Development: Build relationships with builders and realtors and assist local marketing.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Act as primary contact between borrowers and Loan Officers; schedule meetings.
• Collaboration and Flexibility: Assist processors/closers; flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
