Job summary

Lennar USA is seeking a Loan Officer Associate to support Loan Officers and learn the mortgage process from application to closing. You will participate in formal training programs, gain licensing as required, and assist with data entry and file setup while developing skills for future advancement.

You will collaborate with division managers and loan officers on local marketing campaigns and build relationships with builders and realtors.

Qualifications

• Formal training in lending basics and mortgage pricing.
• Licensing tests and RESPA continuing education as required.
• Update loan applications and notes in the LOS; ensure data accuracy.
• Engage with builders/realtors to develop relationships and marketing.
• Serve borrowers across channels; be primary contact for follow-ups.
• Assist processors/closers; flexible schedule incl. weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal training programs on lending and loan pricing.
• Complete mortgage licensing and state licensure as needed; stay RESPA compliant.
• Update applications with missing data; maintain LOS notes; set up files.
• Work with division managers on local marketing; nurture builder/realty relationships.
• Be accessible to borrowers via phone, email, chat; schedule meetings as needed.
• Support loan document procurement; coordinate across teams; adapt to schedule.
