Lennar is looking for a Loan Officer Associate in Fayetteville, AR to train under Loan Officers and Division Managers. You will learn lending processes, price and lock loans, and handle documentation while developing licensing knowledge and strong customer relations.

You will support builders and realtors, coordinate borrower meetings, and assist with loan documents, with a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Mortgage or banking experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product features, benefits and value.

Aufgaben

• Learn lending concepts, price and lock loans and review reports from application to closing.
• Complete licensing and maintain RESPA knowledge through education.
• Update loan applications and maintain notes in the Loan Origination System.
• Support builders and realtors and assist with local marketing campaigns.
• Be a primary contact for borrowers and coordinate meetings with Loan Officers.
• Assist processors and closers with loan documents; maintain flexibility.
