Lennar Mortgage LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Associate in Roseville, CA. The role trains under Loan Officers and Division Managers, gaining hands-on experience toward becoming a licensed Loan Officer, with emphasis on customer service, loan processing, and ongoing education.

• Formal training and licensing coursework will be completed during onboarding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Mansioni

• Learn mortgage lending processes from applications to closing.
• Assist loan officers and managers; price and lock loans with rate sheets.
• Review reports to understand the mortgage process and maintain files.
• Complete licensing tests and stay up-to-date on RESPA requirements.
• Support business development through builder and realtor interactions.
• Coordinate loan documentation and data entry in LOS; assist in file setup.
• Maintain prompt communication with borrowers via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist processors and closers in obtaining documents; flexible schedule.
