Job summary

The role emphasizes education/licensing, in-person work, and collaboration with managers, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Mortgage or banking experience (preferred).
• Experience articulating features, benefits and value of products/services.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers and learn mortgage process from application to closing.
• Complete training and licensing as required; stay current on RESPA requirements.
• Update loan applications and notes; support file setup and data accuracy.
• Engage with builders, realtors, and marketing on local campaigns.
• Be primary contact for borrowers via multiple channels and schedule meetings.
• Assist processors/closers in obtaining loan documents; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
