Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers and support team in loan processing tasks.
• Learn and price mortgage products, review rate sheets, and lock loans.
• Update loan applications with missing data and maintain clear notes in LOS.
• Support relationship-building with builders, Realtors, and clients."
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely processing and closing.
