Job summary

Lennar Mortgage LLC seeks a Loan Officer Associate to support loan officers and develop mortgage knowledge through hands-on training. You will help with applications, document gathering, and customer communications, learning pricing, rate sheets, and the loan approval process.

Regular training programs, licensure support, and opportunities for advancement are offered as part of a comprehensive development track with a focus on client service and accuracy in loan processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mortgage or banking experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers and learn mortgage processes through training.
• Update loan applications and documentation in the LOS.
• Support local marketing campaigns and client communications.
• Coordinate with processors and closers as needed.
• Develop relationships with builders and realtors.
