Equity Resources, Inc. in Newark, Ohio is seeking a Mortgage Sales Recruiter to proactively recruit, hire, and onboard outside Mortgage Specialists (Loan Officers) who embody our core values and help grow our talent network nationwide.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, and Marketing to design targeted recruiting campaigns, source passive candidates, and build strong relationships across leadership and vendors while traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales recruiting or talent acquisition, mortgage industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lifecycle from product to close.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for experienced Loan Officers nationwide.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to create targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through active sourcing and networking.
• Lead compensation discussions and coordinate interviews and meetings.
