Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer - Internal to join our Residential Lending team in the Spokane/Yakima area. You will originate mortgage loans, partner with branches, and ensure timely, compliant closings while delivering outstanding member service.

You will maintain a strong pipeline, stay current on products and industry trends, and participate in training and Community Homeownership initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least three years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originating mortgage loans for members and prospective members within assigned branches.
• Build relationships with branch staff to drive internal referrals and member satisfaction.
• Price, structure, and disclose loans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
