Job summary

WSECU is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer - Internal to join our Residential Lending team. You will originate mortgage loans, partner with branches, and deliver compliant, timely loan solutions while providing an exceptional member experience.

This full-time role works across Spokane/Yakima branches with some HQ days, offering a strong commission plan and benefits. A 3+ year tenure in mortgage origination is preferred, with FHA/VA knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans by promoting WSECU’s mortgage products within assigned branches.
• Builds strong relationships with branch staff to drive internal referrals.
• Prices, structures, and discloses loans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Meets or exceeds individual production and service goals.
• Delivers exceptional member experience with proactive communication and timely closings.
• Manages a loan pipeline with complete and accurate packages.
