Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluate loan requests, analyze financial data, and determine qualification of collateral and customer credit history.
• Maintain contact with loan customers, communicating progress and obtaining required documentation.
• Structure loans to comply with lending practices and federal regulations.
• Establish a detailed marketing/business plan including potential and existing loan customers and frequency of contact.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Participate in networking to promote and market loan products.
