Qualifications

• One year mortgage lending experience with proven mortgage production.
• External business development via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and tracks loan progress.
• Structures loans to comply with regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and sources loan customers.
