Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Extensive mortgage experience including developing external business via referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and assesses credit history.
• Maintains contact with customers and communicates loan progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and builds a network of realtors, builders and professionals.
• Handles customer inquiries and discusses loan products and qualifications.
• Prospects and cross-sells bank products to grow business.
• Reviews surveys/appraisals and addresses encroachments and violations.
• Participates in community networking to promote loan products.
