West Capital Lending is seeking a proactive Loan Officer to guide clients through the loan application process, assess financials, and propose suitable loan options. You will ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with underwriters and processors to streamline approvals, maintain client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a dynamic lending environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to assess financial documents and analyze creditworthiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• NMLS Loan Officer license.

Responsabilités

• Assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents and reports.
