You will work with underwriters and processors to streamline approvals, maintain client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a dynamic lending environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to assess financial documents and analyze creditworthiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• NMLS Loan Officer license.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents and reports.
• Provide guidance on loan products, terms, and eligibility requirements.
• Process applications and verify documentation to ensure accuracy.
