Job summary

West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to guide clients through loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and offer suitable loan products.

You will review financial documents, verify data, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships. You will collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to streamline approvals, explain options and risks, and help clients understand terms and conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role (min 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents.
• Provide expert guidance on loan products, terms, and eligibility.
• Process loan applications, obtain docs, verify data, and complete forms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
• Explain loan options, repayment terms, and potential risks to clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure smooth approvals.
• Monitor progress of applications and assist clients with questions.
• Aim to achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting and closing loan products.
