Job summary

West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to help clients with the loan application process, assess creditworthiness, and recommend suitable products.

You will review financial documents, credit reports, and regulations to ensure compliant, accurate submissions while delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate with underwriters and processors to keep the loan moving, explain options and terms to clients, and work toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to assess financial documents and determine creditworthiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• NMLS loan officer license is required.
