Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for licensed activity for the loan officer.
• Assist originator with appointment setting for applicants.
• Provide lead callbacks within 20 minutes and 35% conversion.
• Set appointments and manage originator calendar.
• Prepare and manage client databases and online pre-qualification links.
