Guild Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan originators in Dallas, TX. You will handle lead-to-contract tasks, schedule appointments, and gather required documentation to build complete loan files for submission.

Responsibilities include analyzing credit scenarios, updating 1003 forms, and coordinating with clients and referral sources. A strong organizational skill set and MLO licensing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred with at least two years in Mortgage lending or related field.
• Active MLO licensing required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customers and support loan officers through lead-to-contract duties.
• Assist originator with appointment setting and prequalification processes; manage calendars and follow-ups.
• Analyze credit and financial scenarios to determine suitable loan products; run credit and AUS findings.
• Prepare and update 1003 forms, pull credit reports, and coordinate documentation for pre-approvals.
• Maintain client databases and marketing efforts, ensuring timely communications with realtors and clients.
