Responsibilities include analyzing credit, preparing applications, running AUS findings, and coordinating marketing efforts with realtors. A strong emphasis on accuracy, urgency, and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of mortgage lending experience.
• Active MLO licensing is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and responsiveness.
• Proficient with data entry and common office software (Word, Excel, PDF).

Responsibilities

• Assist originator with appointment setting and calendar management.
• Lead to Contract duties for loan files.
• Analyze credit and financial scenarios to determine loan products.
• Run credit and AUS findings; prepare Initial Fee Worksheet.
• Pull and prep web applications; update credit reports.
• Coordinate marketing materials and realtor communications.
