Job summary

Kind Lending in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Retail Loan Consultant to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and build a residual pipeline. Primary responsibilities include generating leads by networking with mortgage, real estate, and related industry professionals and establishing relationships in the purchase and refinance markets.

Responsibilities include advising borrowers, analyzing financials, and ensuring loan structures meet client needs while following Kind Lending

Qualifications

Three or more years of full-time retail loan origination experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state where business will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Build rapport and leverage existing relationships to help customers achieve mortgage financing goals.
Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to propose appropriate loan solutions.
Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
Understand loan origination processes and coordinate with operations staff.
Input and upload applicant information into loan origination software.
Structure and price loans accurately according to Kind Lending guidelines.
