Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-time retail loan origination experience.
• NMLS license in the applicable state where business will be conducted.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/conventional loan products.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze finances to propose best loan options.
• Ensure loans meet customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
• Understand loan origination process and coordinate with operations staff.
• Input and upload applications into loan origination software and price loans per guidelines.
