Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Ability to structure and price loans and analyze financials.
• Familiar with FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, refinance and purchase products.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages relationships with borrowers to meet mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers to analyze financial situations and provide optimal loan solutions.
• Ensure loans meet customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
• Understand loan origination processes and coordinate with operations staff.
• Input/apply data into loan origination software and manage file workflow.
• Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
