Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• NMLS License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and assess mortgage loan eligibility.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, terms, and options with tailored recommendations.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering documentation to comply with guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate loan prospects.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processors, realtors, and lenders to streamline the loan process.
