You will determine eligibility, present loan options, gather necessary documents, and collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure a smooth closing.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate documentation, and timely communication with borrowers and real estate partners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess financial goals and eligibility for mortgage loans.
Educate clients on mortgage products, terms, and options with personalized recommendations.
Answer inquiries on rates, products and loan status to ensure quality service.
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering documentation.
Develop relationships with referral sources to generate loan prospects.
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, Realtors, and lenders to facilitate loan approvals.
Review credit reports and determine appropriate loan products.
Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed during the loan process.
