Job summary

Blaze is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Falcon Heights, MN to educate and counsel members seeking real estate loans. You will gather paperwork, prequalify applicants, and guide them through the origination process while delivering exceptional member service.

You will interview applicants, discuss loan options, and work with the processing team to keep members informed on status and disclosures. Strong communication and a focus on relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years similar or related financial experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate lending process to deliver Blaze products and meet lending objectives.
• Interview loan applicants over the phone and prepare applications for submission.
• Pre-qualify members on their maximum loan amount qualifications and discuss options with applicants.
