Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Manager to lead daily residential mortgage servicing operations, ensuring accurate borrower transactions and responsive service. You will oversee escrow, payoffs, and investor reporting while driving process improvements and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in mortgage servicing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, plus strong communication skills and knowledge of mortgage guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• Five or more years of residential mortgage servicing experience, including leadership exposure.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with mortgage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily servicing operations and assign work to meet goals.
• Oversee escrow, tax/insurance disbursements, and loan maintenance.
• Coordinate timely loan delivery to investors per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, investor requirements, and policies.
• Manage staff development, training, and process improvements.
• Handle investor reporting, reconciliations, and related issues.
