Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead credit union department processes; exert regional influence or corporate knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge of Meridian Link a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate lending process to deliver Blaze products and meet objectives.
• Interview loan applicants and prepare submissions with disclosures within 3 business days.
• Explain Blaze loan products, discuss options, and recommend appropriate terms.
• Pre-qualify members on max loan amounts and advise on underwriting decisions.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Processor and maintain an active pipeline of real estate loans.
