Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through advising and servicing mortgage loans.
• Originate, evaluate, and structure residential mortgage loan applications.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, closers and customers to keep the pipeline moving.
• Develop and maintain referral networks with realtors, builders, and real estate professionals.
• Meet profitability and performance standards on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Cross-sell Choice Financial services.
• Represent Choice Financial in the community and business development.
• Proactively manage loans and partnerships to support timely closings.
