Job summary

Csod is seeking a Mortgage Advisor in Carson City, NV to provide personalized real estate lending guidance and educate members on loan options. You will help pre-qualify applicants, guide them through the loan process, and collaborate with branches to promote loan programs.

Qualifications

• Three years real estate lending experience desired.
• NMLS registration required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling through interviewing, pre-qualifying, and the mortgage loan application process.
• Monitor and manage mortgage applications pipeline; assist with underwriting conditions and loan term changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate/builder community to promote real estate loan programs and represent the Credit Union.
• Work with branch lending personnel to provide educational support to branches and members.
