Job summary

Qualifications

Three years real estate lending experience required or desired.
NMLS registration required upon hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide financial counseling through interviewing, pre-qualifying, and the mortgage loan application process.
Monitor and manage sales pipeline from loan applications to closing; assist with underwriting conditions and rate locks.
Develop and maintain relationships with the real estate/builder community to promote mortgage programs; represent the Credit Union at events.
Coordinate with branch lending personnel to provide educational support on real estate programs.
